About this session:
Top executives frequently prioritize the expansion and growth of their companies, and acquisitions are often a key way to achieve those goals. However, divestitures (the reverse of acquisitions) usually create significantly more value for the companies that undertake them than acquisitions do! In this webinar, participants will work through a proprietary “divestiture roadmap” that lays out the steps that all companies must follow to maximize the value created by any divestitures they may undertake: which businesses to divest, when and how to divest them, and how best to implement divestitures to maximize value creation.
