Organized by the Wharton Alumni Club of Philadelphia
Want to live longer, healthier, and with purpose—but not sure where to start?
Join this exclusive virtual event featuring Wharton alum Jesse Levey (WG ’08), founder of Longevity Health, as he shares a framework for optimizing your long-term health with actions you can take today.
During this Pathway to Longevity workshop, Jesse guides participants through a structured, science-based approach to improving long-term health. He begins with his personal journey and why longevity planning matters, then helps attendees identify their own “longevity why”, the motivating reason they want to stay healthy as they age. From there, he introduces a clear framework that spans key domains such as cardiovascular and metabolic health, cognitive function, cancer prevention, physical performance, and emotional well-being. Jesse explains how lifestyle levers (exercise, nutrition, sleep, and habit formation) integrate with medical tools like biomarkers, diagnostics, and screenings. He also walks through foundational tests such as bloodwork, DEXA, VO₂ max, and CGM to help participants understand their baseline and where to focus. The workshop concludes with practical steps for building a personalized longevity plan, along with examples from Jesse’s own prevention strategies to illustrate how the framework can be applied in daily life.
This session will provide practical strategies you can implement immediately, empowering you to take control of your health and longevity starting now.
Jesse Levey — Founder & CEO, Longevity Health
Jesse founded Longevity Health after struggling to find a structured, science-based approach to improving his own long-term health. Before launching Longevity Health, he spent over 13 years in the fintech industry, including six years at Credit Sesame, where the company scaled revenues 40×. He holds an MBA from The Wharton School at the University of Pennsylvania and a BA from Tufts University.
Jesse’s personal longevity goals are simple: ski in his 80s and hike in his 90s. He lives in Lafayette, California with his wife, three kids, dog, and 15 chickens.
