On December 13, the same day the Federal Reserve’s FOMC made the decision to raise our federal funds rate by 25bps, those of us attending the Future of Bonds discussion gained new insights on what's to come from Mr. John Flahive, Head of Fixed Income Investments at BNY/Mellon Wealth Management. Not only was Mr. Flahive extremely engaging, globally savvy, and full of interesting side notes of conversations with Federal reserve officials, as well as a slew of investors across the globe, he reminded us that risk is good. Not greed. Thank you to the 50 members and guests attending. It was a true Wharton heavy presence with several new alums ready to engage with our ever successful alumni club.
