Agran
President, Lang Realty
Scott Agran is Co-founder/Operating Partner and President of Lang Realty. Since
1989, Lang Realty has enjoyed a highly respected long standing reputation for market
dominance in the Company’s three residential specialty areas—luxury real estate,
country club communities and waterfront properties.
Agran’s involvement in the Real Estate industry began 22 years ago. After earning
a Degree in Business Administration from Tulane University and re-locating to Connecticut,
Agran worked as a Broker in the Commercial Real Estate market, buying and converting
apartment complexes into condominiums. At this time, Agran first recognized his
special talent for recruiting and managing groups of sales teams, to support his
Real Estate endeavors. In late 1980’s, Agran settled in South Florida to pursue
the rich Real Estate opportunities that his sound business instincts told him lay
ahead.
Much of Lang Realty’s success can be attributed to Agran’s unique philosophy, that
every Lang Real Estate Agent Specialist is a “hardworking small business entrepreneur
and partner, who will be provided with top notch business consultation and an array
of exceptional marketing and technological supports. In 2008, Lang Realty was a
proud recipient of the South Florida Business Journal’s “2008 Best Places To Work”,
Silver Award, in the category of medium size businesses. Agran is frequently sought
out by local and regional print media and television, as an expert source in residential
property trends.
Lang Realty is committed to community involvement and good corporate citizenship.
The Company is a strong community partner with various local charities, including
the YMCA of South Palm Beach County and Toys For Tots. Dedicated to civic responsibilities
as well, Agran is a member of the Realtors Association of the Palm Beaches, Inc.
and Boca Raton Chamber of Commerce. Agran resides in Boca Raton with his wife Tanya
